Support-Tech believes you want your IT support to be uncomplicated. Accordingly, we offer a simple rate plan. Onsite hourly support for 90.00/hr with a minimum of 1 hour. After the first hour, time is billable in half hour increments. Remote support is billable in half hour increments. Q. What about equipment prices? A. We do not sell equipment. Q. Why? A. Glad you asked. We'll answer with a couple of questions of our own. 1. Why would you want to pay more for something just because we bought it for you? 2. Shouldn't it be your name on the warranty and not ours? This way, we can make recommendations on your behalf with no conflict of interests.
